Corporate Management

The Corporate Management supports the CEO in his tasks and consists of the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Legal Officer of the Group. The Corporate Management supports the CEO in operative management and implementation and follow-up of the CEO's competence area, in particular as regards the management and development of the business portfolio, asset management and taxation, internal audit, Corporate Governance of the Company, investor and marketing communications and risk management.
