CHANGES IN THE ORGANIZATION OF ELEKTROBIT

Mr. Pertti Korhonen has started his work as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company on June 1, 2006. The previous Chief Executive Officer Mr. Juha Hulkko will, according to the decision of the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting held on March 15, 2006, continue as a member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Jukka Harju has finished his work as the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Group Executive Board on May 31, 2006. Mr. Harju will, according to the decision of the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting held on March 15, 2006, continue as a member of the Board of Directors of Elektrobit.
