PERTTI KORHONEN APPOINTED CEO OF ELEKTROBIT GROUP

Pertti Korhonen, 44, M.Sc. (Electronics Eng.) has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Elektrobit Group Plc. as of June 1, 2006. Mr. Korhonen is presently Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer of Nokia Plc. Mr. Korhonen has made a significant career in product development, technology, production and logistics related management positions with Nokia Mobile Phones since 1986. Mr. Korhonen has been a Group Executive Board member of Nokia Plc. since 2002.

Elektrobit Group Plc's current CEO, Mr. Juha Hulkko has expressed his wish to leave his present duties as CEO during the spring of 2006.
